Your Space Voyager server, with the useful bits included.

Host your Space Voyager server

Host Space Voyager as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your crew an always-on base for factories, exploration, and ambitious space projects—without leaving someone’s gaming PC running all weekend.

  • One-click installation gets the correct pack and Forge build in place.
  • Home PCs can buckle under automated factories and permanently loaded chunks.
  • Casual hosts often struggle as explored dimensions and world files grow.
  • Updates preserve your configuration changes instead of overwriting them.
  • Premium is our recommended range for a long-running Space Voyager world.

Space Voyager at a Glance

Space Voyager is a substantial Minecraft 1.7.10 tech pack built around Galacticraft, with 138 mods spanning automation, power generation, storage, engineering, and exploration.

Applied Energistics 2, Ender IO, Thermal Expansion, Immersive Engineering, PneumaticCraft, ReactorCraft, and Draconic Evolution give groups plenty of machinery to build and connect. Storage Drawers and JABBA help organise the inevitable warehouse, while JourneyMap supports expeditions beyond familiar territory.

The pack runs on Forge 10.13.4.1614. CreeperPanel handles the installation, so you do not need to hunt down an older loader build or assemble the server files by hand.

Hosting Considerations for Space Voyager

Space Voyager commonly becomes more demanding as a world matures. Early play may be fairly modest, but automated processing, transport networks, chunk loaders, and exploration across multiple dimensions can steadily increase CPU, memory, and storage use.

Keep an Eye on Tick Time

Large factories matter more than the raw mod count. Machines that constantly process items, oversized storage networks, dropped entities, and farms running in loaded chunks can all affect tick speed.

Premium plans are the sensible starting point for established groups, especially when several players build separate bases. Fast single-core CPU performance is particularly valuable for older Forge servers, where much of the game loop still depends on one main thread.

Memory needs commonly rise as more dimensions are visited and more chunks stay active. Simply adding RAM will not cure a badly behaving machine network, though; finding the source of lag is usually the better fix.

Build Big Without Building Carelessly

  • Avoid loading unused factories around the clock.
  • Split very large automation systems into controlled sections.
  • Restart periodically to clear accumulated memory pressure.
  • Back up the world before pack, mod, or configuration changes.
  • Investigate sudden tick drops before they become everyone’s normal.

Why Run Space Voyager with CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on hardware chosen for modded Minecraft, helping older Forge packs stay responsive as factories expand.

CreeperPanel includes tools for checking lag and managing mods or configuration files without turning every change into an FTP session. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain likely trouble spots, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.

When the problem is stranger than another overloaded chunk, real CreeperHost support is here—with more than 13 years spent hosting modded communities and their most questionable engineering decisions.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
