Your GT New Horizons server, with the useful bits included.
Host your GT New Horizons server
GT New Horizons receives CreeperHost hosting designed around the demands of long-running modded Minecraft worlds. CreeperPanel supports one-click installation and pack updates while preserving user configuration changes, helping keep this Forge-based Minecraft 1.7.10 experience manageable as its progression unfolds.
Deep, connected progression
GT New Horizons is a progressive kitchen-sink pack balanced around GregTech. Its technology tiers act like ages, beginning with difficult stone-age survival before opening steam machinery, electricity, advanced processing, automation, and varied power generation.
Other technology systems become available at deliberate points, creating a connected experience rather than a loose collection of mods. Localised ore veins reward exploration and can sustain a growing base, while later materials must be gathered from other dimensions and planets. The extensive questbook explains requirements, presents recipes through NEI, and provides rewards through loot bags and coins.
Technology meets magic
Technical play includes elaborate processing chains, crop and bee breeding, mob farms, transport, and storage systems. GregTech cables convert EU to RF, helping different machines work together as progression expands.
Magic is similarly integrated. The customised Thaumonomicon includes sections covering Blood Magic, Witchery, Thaumcraft, and related content. The Twilight Forest is tied to magical progression, requiring exploration and boss encounters. Later systems connect essentia-based power and storage with Applied Energistics, bringing technology and magic into the same progression path.
A demanding world to explore
Realistic World Gen and Biomes O’ Plenty shape the Overworld with varied terrain, biomes, natural structures, villages, and challenging rogue-like dungeons. Villages can provide early shelter before becoming sources of trades, useful parts, or relocated residents.
Survival remains threatening beyond the opening nights. Hardcore darkness makes unlit areas pitch black, food variety matters through Spice of Life, and powerful mobs punish careless travel. Better equipment gradually reduces these dangers, but lighting, preparation, and strategic combat remain important. Progress eventually leads through the Nether, End, Twilight Forest, distant dimensions, and other planets.
Server control with CreeperPanel
CreeperHost uses game-server hardware selected for strong native CPU performance and stability. CreeperPanel includes tools for diagnosing lag and managing files, mods, configuration, players, inventories, worlds, and backups.
DDoS protection and location choice are included. Eligible Premium and Pro services can also use Ask Theo to inspect the current panel state and prepare safe next steps for approval. Real support staff remain available, backed by experience hosting modded communities since 2011.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
