Host your Brave Technology - New World server

Why host this modpack on CreeperHost?
- Install the pack’s Forge release in a few clicks.
- Premium plans are our pick for a growing, automated world.
- Home hosting depends on one person’s PC, connection, and uptime.
- Basic shared hosting can run short of headroom as machines and dimensions multiply.
- Manage mods and configuration through CreeperPanel rather than digging through folders.
Brave Technology - New World Overview
Brave Technology - New World is a mixed progression pack for Minecraft 1.10.2, built around 125 mods and a structured quest system. It combines substantial technology and magic options with reasons to travel beyond the starting area.
Better Questing helps steer progression while leaving room for players to specialise. Engineers can work through Immersive Engineering, IndustrialCraft 2, Extreme Reactors, and Refined Storage. Magic-minded players have systems including Botania and Blood Magic, while RFTools Dimensions adds another avenue for ambitious explorers.
Tinkers’ Construct, Forestry, Railcraft, ProjectE, and Draconic Evolution broaden the journey from early tools to large end-game projects. It is the sort of pack where a shared base rarely stays small for long.
Building a World Together
A dedicated server lets different play styles support each other. One player can develop power generation, another can manage storage, and someone else can pursue magical progression or quests without waiting for the host to launch their game.
That also makes planning important. Agree on shared storage, reserve space for large machine rooms, and avoid placing every automated system in the busiest part of the base. Chunk loaders are useful, but leaving unnecessary farms and machines active around the clock can add avoidable server work.
Because this is a legacy Forge pack, keep client and server mod versions aligned. Updating individual mods without testing can break recipes, quests, or compatibility that the pack expects.
Hosting Considerations for Brave Technology - New World
A fresh world will commonly be less demanding than an established one. Server load tends to rise as players generate terrain, open additional dimensions, build automated processing lines, and expand storage networks. Rapid exploration can also cause brief tick slowdowns while the server creates new chunks.
Memory matters, but it is not the whole story. Modded Minecraft 1.10.2 often benefits from strong single-core CPU performance, especially once several systems are ticking simultaneously. Our Premium range is the sensible starting point for a long-running group, particularly if players intend to use chunk loading, dimensional content, or extensive automation.
Good server habits still help:
- Pre-plan exploration sessions instead of sending everyone in different directions at once.
- Keep permanently loaded chunks to those you genuinely need.
- Split very large automation builds into sensible areas.
- Take a backup before changing mods, Forge, or pack configuration.
CreeperPanel’s diagnostic tools can help identify whether lag comes from entities, chunks, or a particular build instead of leaving you to guess.
Why CreeperHost?
We have hosted modded Minecraft communities for over 13 years, including the awkward legacy packs where version matching really matters. Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance for busy modded worlds.
On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain likely trouble spots, and prepare safe next steps for your approval. If things get properly strange, real CreeperHost support staff are still here to help.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
