- Choose Premium for stronger performance as your kingdom becomes busier.
Kingdom Building Overview
Kingdom Building is a focused Minecraft 1.7.10 RPG pack centred on Ancient Warfare and its NPC-driven kingdom systems. It is built for groups that want to develop a shared realm rather than rush through a huge checklist of unrelated mods.
Botania and Tinkers’ Construct add broader progression paths, while Natura and Pam’s HarvestCraft provide more materials and food options. Decocraft gives builders extra detail for castles, villages, and lived-in spaces. JourneyMap also helps players keep track of a map-based world once everyone starts wandering in different directions.
On a server, those parts come together naturally: one player can build, another can explore, and somebody will inevitably become far too invested in organising storage.
Hosting Considerations for Kingdom Building
Kingdom Building has a relatively focused mod list, but server demand is not determined by mod count alone. Ancient Warfare activity, NPC AI, automated systems, and heavily developed areas can all add work to each server tick.
Memory headroom is useful, especially while generating terrain or loading established areas, but extra RAM is not a cure for slow ticks. Modded Minecraft 1.7.10 commonly benefits most from strong single-core CPU performance. Keep permanently loaded areas under control, use a sensible view distance, and investigate entity-heavy locations before throwing more memory at the problem.
For a small group beginning a fresh world, demand may remain moderate. As settlements expand and more players operate in separate regions, the server has more active chunks and entities to process. Our Premium range is the sensible starting point for a long-running kingdom or a group expecting regular multiplayer activity.
This is also a legacy Forge pack, so version matching matters. Players should use the same pack build as the server, and mod or configuration changes should be tested carefully. Keep a recoverable world copy before altering the pack, particularly once your group has invested serious time in its map.
If performance starts slipping, check tick behaviour, loaded chunks, and entity counts first. Guesswork tends to create more problems than it solves.
Why Run It with CreeperHost?
We have spent over 13 years hosting modded Minecraft communities, including the older Forge releases that can become temperamental when versions or Java settings do not line up. Real support staff are available when the usual restart does not help.
Our Hybrid VPS platform uses modern Ryzen, EPYC, and Intel Ultra hardware to deliver the CPU performance modded servers rely on. On eligible Premium and Pro plans, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain likely issues, and prepare safe next steps for you to approve.
Bring the players. We’ll handle the server-shaped part of your kingdom.
Got questions?
Yes. Order from a modpack page and the selected pack is ready to install. You can also change versions or choose another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
Our installer prepares the Minecraft version, loader and server files, setting aside recognised client-only mods and addons that depend on them. On supported Forge and NeoForge startup paths, our tools can identify a further client-only crash, disable the responsible file and restart your instance. The file is retained, the panel explains what changed, and that file is remembered for future installations. We have been building our client-pack-to-server tooling since 2017.
Yep. Search for extra mods in CreeperPanel, then install, update, enable or disable them alongside your pack. The panel checks the Minecraft version and modloader, brings in required dependencies and identifies known client-only mods. Your additions stay separate from the pack files, ready for the next pack update.
On Premium and Pro services, SaveGuard keeps recovery points on separate backup storage and shares unchanged data between snapshots. Choose an available point in CreeperPanel: it makes a fresh backup of your current world and shows the files the restore will change before you confirm.
Open Instant Refund in CreeperPanel to see your available refund amount and whether it returns to your payment method or account credit. Review the details, confirm, and it is processed automatically. Instant Refund is available on both Eco and Premium.
On Eco and Premium, Save Your World keeps your game saves for up to a year after your service ends, including after a missed payment, and emails you a download link. Keep a copy or take it to another host. Return within that time and CreeperPanel can set up the game and restore your save to your new service.
Eco is an option for lighter packs. Premium is our usual recommendation for modded Minecraft, with newer hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory and Ask Theo. Choose room for the pack, world and friends you want to bring together.
CreeperHost's generative AI tools drafted this description from information freely available to the public and facts about our own hosting. Our pack automation has been built and improved by experienced members of the modded Minecraft community since 2017; AI helps us describe that enormous catalogue, it does not make the server packs. We review and replace these drafts as time allows or when somebody flags one for the human touch. Spotted an inaccuracy? Please let us know.
