Your BigMonCraft - Cobblemon Pack server, with the useful bits included.
Host your BigMonCraft - Cobblemon Pack server
Host BigMonCraft - Cobblemon Pack as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on world for collecting, battling, raiding, building, and progressing together.
Why host this modpack on CreeperHost?
- Install the pack in a click instead of assembling 160 Fabric mods by hand.
- Updates preserve your configuration changes, making ongoing maintenance less painful.
- Exploration and new terrain can overwhelm the spare PC used for casual hosting.
- Keeping every player connected to the same mod versions quickly becomes a chore.
- Premium is our recommended range for a growing, long-running BigMonCraft world.
A Shared Cobblemon Adventure
BigMonCraft builds on Cobblemon with quests, raids, breeding, battle rewards, structures, and broader multiplayer progression. It runs on Minecraft 1.21.1 with Fabric and includes 160 mods, so there is plenty here beyond catching your next team member.
Tectonic and structure-focused additions encourage travel, while Waystones help established groups move around their expanding world. Lootr supports shared exploration, and Sophisticated Backpacks, Sophisticated Storage, and Tom’s Storage give players practical ways to manage everything they bring home.
The result is a pack that works particularly well as a persistent community world: players can explore independently, meet for battles and raids, then return to shared towns and storage systems without relying on one person to launch the save.
Hosting Considerations for BigMonCraft
Exploration puts the server to work
Cobblemon activity, structure generation, and players travelling in different directions commonly create short bursts of heavier CPU and disk use. Fresh terrain is usually where servers feel the most pressure, especially when several players explore at once.
A modern, fast CPU matters more than simply piling on memory. Pre-generating the area your group expects to use can also reduce chunk-generation spikes during busy sessions. It will not remove every hitch, but it often makes early exploration noticeably smoother.
Long worlds need occasional housekeeping
Memory needs tend to rise with player activity, loaded areas, and the number of systems running across the world. Start with room to grow rather than sizing only for launch day, then watch actual usage as players spread out and build more.
Keep the pack’s Minecraft, Fabric loader, mods, and server files on matching versions. Mixing individual updates into a curated pack is a common cause of failed starts and connection errors. Back up before pack updates or major configuration changes, and avoid removing world-generation or storage mods without checking what existing chunks and inventories depend on.
Performance mods such as Lithium and Krypton are included, but optimisation mods cannot compensate for unrestricted exploration, excessive chunk loading, or a struggling host machine.
Why Run It With CreeperHost?
Our hybrid VPS platform gives modded Minecraft native CPU performance on hardware chosen for demanding servers. That helps when your group splits up and starts generating terrain in several directions.
CreeperPanel includes tools for investigating lag rather than leaving you to guess. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain likely issues, and prepare safe next steps for you to approve.
We have hosted modded communities for more than 13 years, and real support staff are available when BigMonCraft decides to turn an ordinary update night into an adventure of its own.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
