The Potluck is a Minecraft 1.20.1 modpack for CreeperHost hosting, built around exploration, quests, combat, and shared adventure. Created from selections made by friends and family, it is designed for multiplayer worlds while also working well as a solo experience. Its guide and quest book provide a sense of progression as you explore its broad collection of mods.

Explore a Varied World

The Potluck encourages discovery across the Overworld, Nether, and End. World-generation additions include improved desert temples, mineshafts, ocean monuments, witch huts, and End islands. Alex’s Mobs adds further creature variety, while Create, MineColonies, and Structurize support building, settlement development, and mechanical projects.

Food and crafting also have plenty of variety. Farmer’s Delight, Aquaculture Delight, Nether’s Delight, End’s Delight, Let’s Do Brewery, and Storage Delight expand the ways you gather, prepare, and organise items. Simply Steel adds another material path for equipment and construction.

Quests, Progression, and Combat

The included guide and quest book help connect the pack’s many features into a clearer journey. ExtraQuests adds additional objectives, while JEI and Just Enough Resources make recipes and resources easier to understand during play.

Combat and adventure are central themes, with new equipment, creatures, structures, and dimensions to encounter. The pack also includes tools for managing villagers, recovering corpses, carrying cats, and handling useful world utilities. These additions give group members different activities to pursue, whether they are exploring, building, farming, or preparing for danger.

One player can focus on MineColonies, another on Create machinery, while others follow quests, improve equipment, or search for structures. It remains fully playable as a solo pack when you want to progress at your own pace.
