Exploration and Fantasy brings its dimension-spanning adventure to CreeperHost hosting with straightforward installation and server management. Built for Minecraft 1.12.2 with Forge, the pack combines magic, exploration, dangerous creatures, unusual structures, and a world shaped by a catastrophic encounter with Ender Dragons. CreeperPanel keeps setup approachable while leaving configuration changes intact during supported pack updates.
Explore a Changed World
The pack’s story begins after Ender Dragons escape into the Overworld and devastate civilisation. Attempts to transform the Nether with magic from the Twilight Forest and the Aurorian create further consequences, leaving strange pillars and battle towers scattered across multiple dimensions.
Players explore this recovering world among the descendants of those dragons, new inhabitants, and remnants of past events. The experience is designed to be more difficult than standard Minecraft while remaining less punishing than many heavily challenging modpacks.
Dimensions, Dungeons, and Creatures
Exploration and Fantasy features two new dimensions alongside a reworked Nether. The Aurorian includes locations such as the Runestone Dungeon, while the Twilight Forest contains its distinctive Lich tower. Battle towers can appear beyond the Overworld, adding more reasons to prepare before travelling.
The included selection of mods highlights the pack’s fantasy focus. Ice and Fire adds roaming dragons, while Mowzie’s Mobs, Primitive Mobs, Fish’s Undead Rising, and Better Animals Plus broaden the range of creatures. Better Caves, additional structures, shipwrecks, coral reefs, and castle dungeons contribute more variety above and below ground.
Magic, enchanting, metallurgy, tougher survival elements, storage additions, waystones, backpacks, and an original in-game soundtrack round out the adventure.
Modpack Setup and Updates
CreeperPanel provides one-click modpack installation for Exploration and Fantasy. Its update tools preserve user configuration changes, helping established worlds retain their customised settings when supported updates are applied.
