Your Beginning of More server, with the useful bits included.
Host your Beginning of More server
Host The Beginning of More as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on world for exploration, building, automation, and the inevitable “just one more dungeon” session.
- One-click installation gets the NeoForge pack running without manual file juggling.
- Updates preserve your configuration changes instead of flattening them.
- Fresh terrain generation can overwhelm a spare PC when players explore in different directions.
- Automation and loaded bases make stop-start casual hosting increasingly awkward.
- Our Hybrid VPS platform delivers the strong CPU performance modded Minecraft prefers.
A Broader Adventure Without Losing Minecraft
The Beginning of More is a 122-mod pack for Minecraft 26.1.2, running on NeoForge 26.1.2.76. It expands the familiar survival loop with more places to find, more ways to build, and several routes into storage and automation.
Biomes O’ Plenty broadens the landscape, while YUNG’s structure mods and Repurposed Structures add reasons to keep travelling. Waystones and exploration compasses help players navigate a growing world.
Back at base, Applied Energistics 2, Sophisticated Storage, Iron Furnaces, Building Gadgets, Mystical Agriculture, and FTB Industrial Contraptions give groups plenty to develop beyond ordinary survival.
What Your Multiplayer World Can Become
This pack works well for groups that split naturally into different roles. Some players can raid structures and chart biomes while others build towns, organise storage, or establish production systems.
That variety also helps a server stay interesting over time. Discoveries made by explorers feed into shared projects, and developed bases make longer expeditions easier. With expanded villages, decorative building choices, new terrain, and progression mods living in the same world, there is always another job waiting—whether anyone admits to volunteering or not.
Hosting Considerations for The Beginning of More
The pack is relatively modest beside the largest kitchen-sink collections, but world generation is still the main pressure point. Several players creating new terrain at once commonly produce short tick-time spikes, especially during fast travel or when everyone heads in a different direction.
Pre-generating the area your group expects to use can make early exploration smoother. It increases disk use and takes time upfront, so it is usually better to choose a sensible boundary rather than generate an enormous map “just in case.”
As the server matures, loaded farms, storage networks, machines, dropped items, and dense bases can matter more than the original mod count. Spreading major builds across separate areas and avoiding permanently loaded contraptions that nobody needs will help.
Memory needs typically rise with player activity and explored world size. For an active or long-running community, we recommend starting in our Premium range rather than leaving no room for growth. Keep backups before pack updates, and test important configuration changes before opening the server again.
Why Run It With CreeperHost?
Our modded Minecraft experience goes back more than 13 years, so support understands the difference between network lag, slow chunk generation, and a machine-filled base dragging down tick rate.
CreeperPanel includes tools for diagnosing performance trouble. On eligible Premium and Pro services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for your approval. When something remains properly strange, our team is there to help untangle it.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
