Your Zombotony - Zombie Apocalypse server, with the useful bits included.
Host your Zombotony - Zombie Apocalypse server
Host Zombotony - Zombie Apocalypse as a CreeperHost multiplayer server and give your survivors a world that keeps running between sessions. Scavenge ruined cities, build a defensible base, and discover exactly which friend should never be trusted with the food supply.
- Fast setup: Install the Forge 1.20.1 pack in a few clicks.
- No home-PC duty: Your world stays online when its usual host logs off.
- Fewer connection headaches: Avoid home-network limits and port-forwarding chores.
- Built for modded play: Native CPU performance helps with mobs, exploration, and machinery.
- Ready to grow: Premium is our recommended range for longer-running worlds.
A Zombie World Built for Groups
Zombotony combines hardcore survival, exploration, combat, and light progression across 92 mods. Lost Cities and additional structures turn travel into a search for shelter and supplies, while Zombie Awareness helps make hostile encounters harder to ignore.
Better Combat, Artifacts, and Passive Skill Tree give players more ways to develop their characters. Create introduces mechanical building, while Farmer’s Delight, Croptopia, and Serene Seasons make food production and settlement life more involved. Proximity voice chat also gives group expeditions the correct amount of panic.
CreeperPanel handles installation and pack updates, preserving your configuration changes rather than making you rebuild every tweak afterward.
Hosting Considerations for Zombotony - Zombie Apocalypse
Exploration and hostile mobs
This is not an enormous kitchen-sink pack, but its world generation and survival systems can still keep a server busy. Rapid travel into fresh terrain generates new chunks, and large numbers of active mobs add further work. The effect is usually most noticeable when several players explore in different directions.
Pre-generating the area your group expects to use can reduce chunk-generation stutters during play. Sensible world borders also stop an adventurous player from creating gigabytes of abandoned terrain in search of one more ruined city.
Bases can become busier over time
Established worlds commonly ask more of the server than fresh ones. Create contraptions, farms, stored mobs, dropped items, and always-loaded chunks can gradually reduce tick speed when built without restraint. Spread major builds out, avoid leaving machines running without purpose, and investigate recurring lag before it becomes the server’s defining feature.
Memory needs will vary with player activity, explored terrain, and configuration. Leave headroom rather than assigning only enough memory to launch the pack. Premium plans are the better starting point for an active group, especially when players explore heavily or build substantial Create systems.
Keep regular backups before updates or major configuration changes. Modded worlds contain more moving parts than vanilla saves, and rollback options are much nicer than rebuilding the bunker.
Why Run It with CreeperHost?
Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on modern Ryzen, EPYC, and Intel Ultra hardware tuned for modded Minecraft.
CreeperPanel includes tools for checking lag and managing mods or configuration files without turning every adjustment into an FTP expedition. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain likely trouble spots, and prepare safe next steps for you to approve.
We have hosted modded communities for over 13 years, and real support staff are available when the apocalypse starts behaving less like gameplay and more like a Java problem.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
