Your Defcon Space Antarchy server, with the useful bits included.
Host your Defcon Space Antarchy server
Host Defcon Space Antarchy as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on base for space travel, village building, quests, and PvP—without leaving one player’s PC running all weekend.
- Install quickly: CreeperPanel handles modpack installation and preserves your config changes during supported updates.
- Keep exploration off your home connection: New terrain and dimensions can make casual hosting stutter when players split up.
- Avoid the spare-PC trap: Growing villages, machinery, and loaded areas become harder to run over time.
- Choose Premium for longer campaigns: It is our recommended range for an expanding world with active groups.
- Get practical controls: Manage files, mods, and configuration from a GUI rather than wrestling with everything manually.
Defcon Space Antarchy Overview
Defcon Space Antarchy is a NeoForge pack for Minecraft 1.21.1, mixing Galacticraft-style space exploration with adventure, technology, quests, combat, and community building.
Minecraft Comes Alive puts extra emphasis on populated villages, while the pack’s modern take on Orespawn brings a dose of modded nostalgia. Claims help players establish their own territory, making the pack a natural fit for groups that want shared settlements without surrendering every chest to passing opportunists.
It is the sort of pack that benefits from a permanent server: players can pursue separate projects, protect their builds, and return to a world that keeps developing between sessions.
Hosting Considerations for Defcon Space Antarchy
Space and exploration packs commonly place their biggest demands on the server when players generate new terrain or enter separate dimensions at once. Expect short CPU spikes during active exploration, especially when several players head in different directions.
Village populations and other entity-heavy areas can also add steady tick load. Keeping farms, villagers, and machines sensibly distributed usually works better than piling every active block and entity into one enormous base.
Memory needs tend to rise as the world grows and more systems remain loaded. Premium is the safer starting point for a long-running community, particularly if your players explore aggressively or maintain several busy settlements. Smaller private groups may need less, but leaving some headroom helps with world generation and peak activity.
Before changing pack versions, back up the world and review the update notes. Mods that affect dimensions, terrain, entities, or villages deserve particular care. Avoid adding or removing world-generation mods casually once the map is established; test substantial changes on a copy first.
Why Run It with CreeperHost?
Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on modern Ryzen, EPYC, and Intel Ultra hardware, which matters when fresh chunks, dimensions, and village activity all ask for attention at once.
CreeperPanel includes tools for investigating lag and managing worlds or player inventories without turning routine maintenance into a command-line expedition. If the server behaves oddly, you also have support from people backed by more than 13 years of hosting modded Minecraft communities.
You bring the crew and decide who gets the moon base. We keep the server ready for launch.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
