Everfall - Descent into Disease [Skill Trees and Difficulty Tweaks] brings zombie survival, altered combat, and CreeperHost hosting together for a dangerous Minecraft 1.20.1 adventure. Built for Forge 47.4.10, this Vanilla+++ pack expands the familiar game with horror, exploration, movement options, firearms, crafting changes, and tougher encounters.

A World Changed by Infection

Everfall presents a land reshaped by a cataclysmic prion infection. The undead have adapted, while mutants and altered creatures roam across the world. Zombies can break down doors, leap at nearby players, and appear with varied equipment. Mutated versions of familiar mobs, adjusted bosses, new boss encounters, and dangerous structures add further pressure to every journey.

Blood Moons and unsettling environmental sounds reinforce the horror atmosphere. New passive and hostile creatures, expanded structures, and Nether fortresses give exploration more variety without abandoning Minecraft’s core identity.

Combat, Weapons, and Survival

Combat combines melee equipment with TaCZ firearms and community weapon additions. Guns feature rebalanced recoil, firing rates, magazine sizes, ranges, accuracy, attachments, and recipes. Weapon enchantments can be applied through books and anvils, while slings and additional melee options broaden the ways players can prepare for an encounter.

Movement also receives a major expansion. Sliding, dolphin diving, and wall-jumping support more active combat and traversal, while aircraft and automobiles provide additional ways to travel. Tools can appear across several rarity levels, creating different outcomes when gathering and building.

Progression and Minecraft+ Features

The pack includes new enchantments, enchantment rerolls, anvil adjustments, disenchanting, XP from farming, and XP Tomes for storage. Rudimentary quests provide extra direction, while recipe changes make many items craftable. Quark, Create and its additions, Supplementaries, farming content, structure additions, storage tools, Waystones, and Ultimine broaden everyday play.

Voice chat includes adjustable range, allowing quieter communication when nearby creatures may hear activity. Ambient audio, biome music, footsteps, rain sounds, and visual effects deepen the atmosphere.
