CreeperPanel’s live diagnostics show current TPS alongside dimension, entity and block-entity counts, so you can start with what is actually happening on your server.
The profiler then points to the entity or block-entity types using the most tick time. That makes it easier to tell whether a crowded area, a particular creature or something left running in a base deserves attention. You can investigate the real culprit instead of blaming the nearest boss because it looks guilty.
