When the server starts, those chosen values are merged from a JSON layer without rewriting the original files. Pack and mod updates can therefore leave your settings in place, instead of wiping the bits your friends have settled on.
That is handy for a world where different players may have strong opinions about how an adventure should run. Make the changes you want in the panel, keep the original files untouched, and spend less time comparing folders.
Get separated explorers moving again
Exploration is more fun when getting lost is part of the story, not the end of somebody’s evening. Player Manager shows where a player is, plus what they are carrying and wearing, so you can see who is stranded and what they might lose.
From CreeperPanel, you can move that player somewhere safe. Your friend can rejoin the group without abandoning their inventory or waiting for a rescue mission to cross half the world.
Bosses and quests can keep the party spread out, especially when everyone is chasing different rewards. A quick look at Player Manager helps you sort out the occasional “I may have gone the wrong way” moment and get back to the adventure.
