Host your The Serenity 1.20.1 [CurseForge/UNSUPPORTED] serenity-opt.zip [7319991] server

Host The Serenity as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your party an always-on world for shared exploration, boss fights, spellcasting, and the occasional ill-advised raid.

  • Premium is our recommended range for a growing, long-running world.
  • Home hosting can struggle when several players generate new terrain at once.
  • Casual shared servers often falter as structures, mobs, and moving creations accumulate.
  • One-click pack updates preserve your configuration changes.
  • DDoS protection helps keep public and community servers reachable.

An Exploration-Led RPG Pack

The Serenity is a Forge 1.20.1 adventure pack built around a connected, exploration-driven progression path. Its 125 mods add structures, enemies, equipment, food, combat options, and magic without turning the game into a sprawling kitchen-sink pack.

Recognisable additions include Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks, Farmer’s Delight, Illager Invasion, Mutant Monsters, and Valkyrien Skies. Together, they give groups plenty of reasons to travel, prepare, fight, and return home with stories that may or may not involve being launched off a cliff.

The pack also includes custom content and remains under active development, so expect its balance and progression to evolve between releases.

Hosting Considerations for The Serenity

Exploration packs commonly place their heaviest demands on the server when players spread out in different directions. Generating structures and terrain for several adventurers simultaneously can produce short tick-time spikes, particularly when combat and mob activity are happening elsewhere.

A few practical choices help:

  • Keep simulation and view distances sensible before increasing them.
  • Pre-generate the area around your main base or shared travel routes if your group explores aggressively.
  • Avoid leaving large numbers of mobs, dropped items, or complex moving builds active around busy bases.
  • Schedule restarts during quiet periods on worlds that stay online around the clock.
  • Take a backup before pack updates, especially while development is ongoing.

Memory needs will usually grow with player activity, explored terrain, and loaded bases rather than mod count alone. Strong single-thread CPU performance also matters because Minecraft’s main server tick still does much of the important work in sequence.

Premium is the safer starting point for an established group, frequent exploration, or a world intended to run for months. Smaller private parties may need less, but leaving some headroom is better than tuning against the limit. Client-side visual packs and shaders should also be treated separately from server performance.

Why Run The Serenity With CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform gives modded Minecraft the native CPU performance it needs when terrain generation, mobs, and combat all compete for the same tick.

CreeperPanel includes tools for finding lag sources instead of leaving you to guess which chunk, entity, or mod is causing trouble. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what it sees, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.

We have hosted modded communities for over 13 years, and real support staff are available when an update, config change, or mysterious Forge tantrum needs a closer look.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
