The pack centres on reaching outer space and exploring the planets and moons of the solar system with Stellaris. Its dozens of quests provide direction while you learn the included systems, progress through new goals, and uncover places beyond the Overworld. Nature’s Compass, Explorer’s Compass, Dungeon Crawl, and Geophilic add more reasons to investigate the world around you.
Build Technology and Automation
Space Race 5 combines technological progression with practical storage and transport tools. Ender IO, Industrial Foregoing, Powah!, Pipez, and Pretty Pipes support energy creation, machines, and item movement. Refined Storage, Functional Storage, ExtraStorage, Sophisticated Storage, and Sophisticated Backpacks help organise the materials gathered during your travels.
Iron Jetpacks and Mining Gadgets add alternative ways to move and work, while Building Gadgets, JustHammers, and Crafting Tweaks support construction and resource gathering. Farmer’s Delight brings additional food-focused gameplay alongside the wider technological progression.
Quests and Multiplayer Features
FTB Quests and FTB Teams provide a framework for shared progression. Players can divide their attention between exploration, technological projects, storage improvements, and space-focused goals. FTB Chunks and Chunk Loaders help manage claimed areas and selected loaded locations, while Lootr gives exploration rewards a shared multiplayer-friendly approach.
The pack also includes tools such as Just Enough Items for recipes, Jade for information, Nature’s Compass for navigation, GraveStone Mod for recovering belongings, and Sophisticated Backpacks for carrying more on extended expeditions.
