Host your MustardCraft Server server

Host MustardCraft Server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on world for exploration, ambitious factories, shared storage, and whatever elaborate machine somebody builds at 2am.

  • One-click installation gets the correct NeoForge pack running quickly.
  • Updates preserve your configuration changes instead of trampling them.
  • Local hosting can struggle once exploration and world generation spread out.
  • Casual servers often buckle under busy factories, transport systems, and chunk loading.
  • Premium is our recommended range for this sizeable, long-running pack.

A Busy Modern Modpack

MustardCraft Reworked 1.0 runs on Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge and contains 188 mods. It mixes exploration with a substantial technology and automation layer, making it a pack where a shared world can develop considerably over time.

Recognisable parts of the pack include Applied Energistics 2 additions, Mekanism Generators, Modern Industrialization, Oritech, Modular Routers, Pipez, and numerous Create add-ons. Apotheosis expands character progression, while Farmer’s Delight, Sophisticated Backpacks, Sophisticated Storage, and structure-focused mods add reasons to build, travel, and collect.

That combination works particularly well in multiplayer: players can specialise, pool materials, establish towns, and connect projects rather than each repeating the same early-game grind.

Hosting Considerations for MustardCraft Server

A pack of this size commonly needs more breathing room than a lightly modded server. The initial startup may take longer while NeoForge loads the mod set, and memory use usually grows as players explore, automate production, and retain more active chunks.

World generation is one of the sharper pressure points. Several players travelling in different directions can make the server generate multiple areas at once, which may cause temporary tick delays. Pre-generating the area your group expects to use can help, as can keeping exploration measured during peak play.

Large storage networks, item pipes, machines, farms, and Create contraptions can also add persistent tick work. One machine is rarely the problem; hundreds of blocks checking inventories every tick can be. Build automation deliberately, avoid unnecessary chunk loading, and inspect lag before removing mods or guessing at fixes.

For an established group, we would generally start in the Premium range. Strong single-thread CPU performance matters heavily for modded Minecraft, while enough memory leaves room for world growth and Java’s housekeeping. The right plan still depends on player activity and how aggressively your group builds—not merely the number of slots.

Keep backups before pack updates, particularly when the server has extensive automation or customised configuration.

Why Run It with CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on hardware selected for modded Minecraft, helping when world generation and automation compete for tick time.

CreeperPanel gives you GUI-based mod and configuration management alongside tools for investigating lag. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can examine the current server and panel state, explain what looks wrong, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.

We have hosted large modded communities for over 13 years. When a complex NeoForge server behaves strangely, you can reach real people who understand more than vanilla settings and restart buttons.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
