Host your Fakelorant 1.20.1 [CurseForge/UNSUPPORTED] fakelorant_neo-1.0.6-HOTFIX.zip [7727509] server

Host Fakelorant as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give both teams an always-online arena for organised matches, practice rounds, and the occasional heroic defuse.

  • Start quickly: Install the Forge modpack through CreeperPanel.
  • Keep the host in the game: Matches continue without one player running Minecraft all evening.
  • Avoid home-network limits: Competitive play quickly exposes weak upload speeds and connection instability.
  • Update with less fuss: Modpack updates preserve your configuration changes.
  • Protect match night: DDoS protection helps keep your server reachable when competition gets heated.

Fakelorant Server Overview

Fakelorant turns Minecraft 1.20.1 into a focused team-based shooter. One side must plant and defend a beacon, while the opposing team tries to prevent the plant or complete a defuse. Eliminating the other team offers a more direct route to victory.

The pack uses a custom map and TacZ-based firearms alongside movement and information-gathering abilities. Players can blind opponents, reveal positions, dash into a site, or use an updraft to reach higher ground. A firing range, equipment shop, and economy system support practice and structured rounds.

With 23 mods, this is a compact pack rather than a sprawling progression world. Your server acts as the match venue, so reliable ticks and consistent connections matter more than enormous world-generation headroom.

Hosting Considerations for Fakelorant

Match responsiveness

Fakelorant runs on Forge 47.4.10. Keep the server and every player on the same pack release, particularly where custom weapons, map logic, and gameplay content are concerned.

Although the mod list is relatively small, fast PvP can make brief pauses more noticeable than they would be in a relaxed survival pack. CPU performance, stable tick timing, and network quality commonly matter more here than simply assigning a large amount of memory. Leave enough memory for Forge and active matches, but avoid treating excessive RAM as a cure for every stutter.

If you edit the arena with WorldEdit or change weapon and match settings, take a backup first and test the result before inviting everyone back in. One misplaced selection is a surprisingly effective tactical ability.

Maps, updates, and client setup

Enable the included game texture pack so players see the intended match presentation. It is disabled by default, making this an important pre-match check.

Some releases place new features into a newly supplied world. Before updating, back up the existing server and review the new map rather than overwriting anything blindly. Moving to a fresh world may be necessary to receive updated map content, while your old world can remain safely archived.

Why Run Fakelorant with CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance that helps combat-heavy rounds stay responsive. Ryzen, EPYC, and Intel Ultra hardware is selected with modded Minecraft in mind.

CreeperPanel includes tools for investigating lag when a match feels wrong. On eligible Premium and Pro services, Ask Theo can inspect current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.

You also have real support from people with more than 13 years of modded Minecraft hosting experience—useful when Forge, a custom map, and a gun pack decide to disagree five minutes before match night.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
